Shoulders and arms still sore from Day 1, Day 2 worked the lower half with cardio in the mix. Jumping squats, lunges, monster truck tires, and jumping jack squats, etc... really make this one tough day. Overall, feel good though. Hope to be more coordinated when we do this workout in Week 2. Only gripe so far is that we missed Ab Ripper on Day 1. Didn't realize it was TWO workouts in the same day on two different DVDs.
